One of the most manufacturing technique is steel construction from SPCC/45# steel or stainless steel construction from SS 201 or SS 304. The shape of raw material can be tube,

For steel, after cuting/stamping, bending, welding, polishing and surface treatment, various shapes of products can be produced at an affordable price. This material group is mostly 

widely used in normal furniture industry.  Surface possible: chrome-plated, nickel-plated or powder-coated surfaces etc..

For the high-end product segment stainless steel is recommended. Because of corrotion resistance performance, no galvanic surface treatment is necessary. The stainless steel has a higher strength and is almost indestructible. Unavoidable use traces lead over the years to a product-characteristic patina of the brushed stainless steel surface. mirror polishing, brushed, or other special color coating etc..
